Jon Dehne, Executive Partner

Currently, Jon provides consulting services focused on business development opportunities and strategic relationships for the Automotive Industry.

As Managing Director for Solera (2014-2015), he developed and led the international growth strategy for automotive parts platform. Responsibilities included market analysis, sales operations, service management, technology roadmap, and acquisition pipeline.

As an SVP with Advance Auto Parts (2008-2014), having the right products, in the right place, at the right time was critical to the value proposition. As such, he managed market availability, inventory and merchandising operations for a $2B+ inventory with an eye toward an Omni-Channel customer experience.

As VP - Enterprise Transformation at Best Buy (1998-2008) he played a critical role on the enterprise transformation project to assess and improve business structure and efficiency, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, which achieved $150M in annualized benefits.

At Nash Finch Company (1990-1998) Jon held various positions in retail management and category management.

Jon Dehne obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Management from St. Cloud State University. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
