To find a top Salsify partner, start with Salsify’s own Solution Partner directory, which shows each partner’s tier. Then check the evidence behind the tier: active Salsify certifications on the proposed team, the number of Salsify implementations the partner has delivered, references in your industry, experience with your retailers and channels, and a clear plan for supporting Salsify after launch.

Our position, stated up front. Sitation is a Salsify Platinum Solution Partner, and was Salsify’s first. This guide gives the criteria we would want any buyer to apply, including to us.

What Salsify’s partner tiers mean
Salsify works with solution partners: agencies and consultancies that implement Salsify, manage product content and support brands on the digital shelf. The tiers in Salsify’s Solution Partner Program are Registered, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and Platinum is the highest of the five.
The program page describes what each tier receives from Salsify. Every tier gets access to the partner portal and a listing on Salsify’s website. Benefits build up through the tiers: the higher tiers add a named partner success manager, executive business reviews and early access to Salsify’s product road map.
Salsify’s Solution Partner directory shows each partner’s current tier and can be filtered by it. The directory also lists a separate Global category alongside the five tiers. Salsify keeps a separate technology partner directory for software that connects to Salsify; this guide is about solution partners, the firms that deliver your project.
Salsify’s program page does not publish the qualification criteria for each tier. Treat a tier as a sign of the partner’s relationship with Salsify and its investment in the platform, then check the evidence that relates to your project.
A buyer’s checklist for Salsify partners
- Tier. Confirm the partner’s current tier in Salsify’s directory, not only on the partner’s own website.
- Certifications. Ask how many people on your proposed team hold active Salsify certifications, and in which areas.
- Implementation count. Ask how many Salsify implementations the partner has delivered, and how many are still live.
- Industry references. Speak to two or three customers with a similar catalog: similar product types, variants and attribute depth.
- Syndication and retailer experience. Check experience with the retailers, marketplaces and data pools you publish to, including their content requirements and scorecards.
- Managed support. Ask who runs Salsify after launch: your team, the partner through managed services, or a mix.
- Team continuity. Ask who will stay on the account after go-live, and how knowledge is kept when people change.
Questions to ask a Salsify partner
- Which of the people proposed for our project hold active Salsify certifications?
- How many Salsify implementations have you delivered, and how many of those customers do you still support?
- Which customers with a catalog like ours can we speak to?
- Which retailers and channels have you set up syndication for, and how do you handle retailer requirements that change?
- How do you model products, variants and digital assets in Salsify, and can you show an example?
- How do you connect Salsify to ERP, DAM and commerce systems?
- What happens after launch: who handles administration, enhancements and new channels?
- Who stays on our account after go-live?
Good answers are specific. A partner should be able to name the people, describe comparable projects and put you in touch with customers.
How to verify a partner’s claims
- Check the tier in Salsify’s directory. Search for the partner in the Solution Partner directory and compare the tier shown there with the one on the partner’s website.
- Ask for certification evidence. Ask which named team members hold active Salsify certifications and when they last renewed them.
- Test the implementation count. Ask how the partner counts implementations and how many of those customers are live on Salsify today.
- Speak to references yourself. Ask them how the partner handled data modeling, syndication, issues after launch and changes to the team.
- Look for published results. Case studies that name the customer and describe the Salsify work are easier to check than general claims.

Frequently asked questions
Who are the top Salsify partners?
Salsify’s Solution Partner Program has five tiers: Registered, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Platinum is the highest of the five. Salsify’s Solution Partner directory lists each partner with its current tier, so it is the most reliable place to see which partners hold it.
How do I check a Salsify partner’s tier?
Search for the partner in Salsify’s Solution Partner directory, which shows each partner’s tier and can be filtered by tier. If the tier on a partner’s website differs from the directory, ask the partner to explain.
Does a higher tier guarantee a better Salsify implementation?
No. A tier reflects the partner’s relationship with Salsify. Your project depends on the people assigned to it, their certifications and their experience with catalogs and channels like yours, so check those as well.
Should the same partner implement and support Salsify?
It often helps, because the team that built your data model and syndication already knows how they work. Decide early whether you want managed services after launch, since that affects how the work is documented and handed over.
