Celebrating 25 years of Sitation

A little over 25 years ago, I entered the workforce on September 10th, 2001, after completing my undergraduate studies.

The next day, the world changed. A few short weeks after that, I was laid off as the first internet boom receded.

And on October 21, 2001, I first filed paperwork to do business as Sitation.

Today, I’m thinking of the massive changes in business, commerce, and technology that we’ve experienced in the last 25 years, and I’m so deeply thankful for the thousands of colleagues, clients, partners, friends, mentors, and educators who have shaped my professional life.

From its humble roots, Sitation has become a leading partner and implementer for the top platforms in eCommerce data management, a five-time Inc. 5000 honoree, and a service provider to some of the world’s best known retailers, distributors, brands, and manufacturers.

Best of all, I have the distinct pleasure and fulfillment of working in partnership with a large team of extraordinary professionals at Sitation.

What a journey it’s been!
