2025 in Review: A Year of Transformation, Innovation, and Trust

As we close out 2025, I find myself reflecting on what has been a truly pivotal year for Sitation. In the face of broader economic uncertainty, our team evolved and reshaped our business to stay at the cutting edge and to be the best partner we can be. From a major brand refresh to groundbreaking work in AI, this year has been defined by a commitment to modernizing and maturing as a service provider to some of the world’s largest brands, manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.

Here are a few of the moments and milestones that defined our year.

A Bold New Look for a New Era

In February, we launched our first major rebrand in 15 years. Our new logo, colors, and website were designed to signal a new chapter for Sitation. As we moved aggressively to integrate AI-driven services, we needed a visual identity that matched the innovation happening behind the scenes. The feedback from our network has been incredible, and I am proud that our brand now reflects the cutting-edge work we deliver every day.

Our relationships with our technology partners remain the bedrock of our success. I am thrilled to share that Sitation once again earned top billing across our ecosystem this year:

Leading with AI

2025 was the year AI moved from “experimental” to “essential.” We integrated artificial intelligence deeply into our offerings, helping clients modernize their operations in tangible ways. From automating image analysis and classification to streamlining taxonomy and providing live feedback on supplier product data, our AI program is driving real efficiency. We aren’t just talking about the future of work; we are building it alongside our clients. We continue to punch way above our weight class in the AI space, and our innovations are delivering real value to our clients.

Practicing What We Preach

Digital transformation is a discipline we live by, and it’s essential that we continue to transform ourselves to remain relevant. This year, we overhauled our internal operations, leveraging coding assistants and advanced tooling to streamline everything from DevOps to RevOps and Marketing. By making our own teams more efficient, we have been able to keep our focus exactly where it belongs: on delivering maximum value to our customers.

Building Trust and Resilience

This year, we proudly shared the news that Sitation had achieved SOC 2 Type I certification. In an era where data privacy is paramount, this milestone reinforces our commitment to security, compliance, and excellence. It is a critical step in ensuring our clients can trust us with their most sensitive challenges.

This commitment to excellence also helped us earn a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for the fifth consecutive year, securing our place on the prestigious Honor Roll. To achieve this level of consistency, especially during a year of economic headwinds, speaks volumes about the resilience and dedication of our team.
