What is Salsify?

Salsify is a powerful software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help you manage your product content, and all of the channels where you will publish your content. Channels could include popular destinations like Amazon, Target, and Walmart, as well as your own website, or other downstream destinations

How do I purchase and install Salsify?

An implementation partner is required when you purchase Salsify. This is because of the complexity of the initial design and onboarding of your data to the platform. 

You can either start your journey with Salsify, or directly with Sitation. You will work with an account manager to make sure you’re purchasing the right system components for your needs. After you sign your contract with Salsify, you’ll be put in touch with Sitation to begin your implementation.

Salsify Implementation – What To Expect

Once your implementation project is underway, Sitation will assign a project manager and an implementation specialist to your account. Your project manager will contact you with a checklist of the items we will need from you in order to begin, but in short, that will consist of your product data, your categories, your digital assets, and details about your channels to which content will be published.

During the implementation process, your team will work with you to onboard content into Salsify, and to configure your channels. This is sometimes a complicated process which will require your input on specific decisions, so we stay in touch weekly with you as that work is being completed.

When your content and channels are fully set up in Salsify, we will schedule a handoff. And then congratulations, you’re live!

How much does Salsify implementation cost?

Implementation fees vary quite a bit based on the complexity of your product data, the number of SKUs and categories you are onboarding, and the number of channels to which your Salsify instance will be connected. Please fill out the form below to start the conversation and request a quote.
