Duties:
Plan, direct and coordinate activities of solution consultants to develop actionable digital solutions for client digital search and product data workstreams. Assign, prioritize and review work from solution consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project deliverables. Gather, organize and perform analysis of existing customer information flow, information systems and implementation modalities to generate actionable digital solution workstreams. Conduct standardization of consulting offerings/services and processes by defining qualifications, skill assortments, training and certification requirements. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product milestones/deliverables and provide timely updates to client executives and business stakeholders. Establish consulting standards and build library of documentation to support best practices. Direct, motivate and develop technical analyst teams to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure high standards and quality of technical work.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field. 3 years experience in any position involving data strategy and operations management required. Any Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master Certification required. Also required: 3 yrs experience with all of the following: executing digital transformation initiatives and applying those concepts to developing digital search and product data management strategies based on Lean, Agile and Waterfall product and project management methodologies; coordinating business/system analyst/technical teams for detailed requirements definition to implement development and implementation roadmaps; coordinating and running multiple workstreams, including operations and strategy management tracks; using product data management concepts and product information management (PIM) systems and digital search platforms; developing and deploying Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) implementations, and using database management, data integration, business intelligence, web analytics and reporting tools and methodologies.

Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field. 1 year of experience in any position involving data strategy and operations management required. Any Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master Certification required. Up to 25% domestic and international travel with up to 2 weeks of duration per trip required.
