She has worked with Startups through Fortune 500 companies, helping pave their path to success.

Tamara has a masters in architecture, a background which has advised her evolution from designing physical structures to designing the organizational and operational structures she has now been applying her skills to for the last 20 years.

Tamara lives in Minneapolis, MN with her husband, 2 children, 2 cats and a turtle. She spends her free time making art, enjoying nature, and frolicking with friends and family.
